Maggie Brown

Born and raised in Queensland, Australia, she has described herself as a longtime advocate for women’s rights and an avid reader who came to lesbian literature later in life. After years as an artist, she turned to writing for a new challenge and found a lasting passion in it.

Her fiction spans lesbian romance and thrillers, with books including I Can't Dance Alone, Piping Her Tune, Playing the Spy, Reinventing Lindsey, In the Company of Crocodiles, Pursuing Pandora, and The Shattered Path. She has said she enjoys filling her stories with interesting characters and writing about relationships with a humorous touch.
