Laura Calonius

Laura Calonius was a Finnish author active in the 19th century. Public-domain library records identify her as the author of Kalatyttö: Kuvailus laululla yhdessä näytöksessä, and memorial records list her life dates as 1841–1872.

Very little widely available biographical information appears to survive online, so her published work is the clearest window into her legacy. She is remembered today mainly through archival and digitized editions that have kept her writing accessible to modern readers.
