Jussi

Born in Copenhagen in 1950, Jussi Adler-Olsen is a Danish novelist, editor, publisher, and entrepreneur. Before focusing on fiction, he studied several subjects including political science and film, and worked across the media world in jobs that ranged from editing and publishing to bookselling.

He is most closely associated with the Department Q series, a line of crime novels centered on cold cases that became international bestsellers. The books have been widely translated, and his work has earned major recognition in crime fiction while reaching readers far beyond Denmark.
