John Cory is a writer who has lived and worked in Japan, Vietnam, Afghanistan, and Saudi Arabia. His roots are in Taos and the Rocky Mountain region, and he has been associated with the Pacific Northwest.
His published work includes Yesterday’s Kiss: Love’s Prose and Cons and An IED on the Yellow Brick Road, a compact, often darkly humorous story about veterans confronting the lasting effects of war. He has also written political and cultural commentary, including articles for Truthout.
