Description

A weather‑worn innkeeper’s son discovers a mysterious map tucked inside a dead sailor’s chest, sparking a daring quest for hidden gold. He gathers a colorful crew, including a bold doctor, a wealthy squire, and the charismatic but duplicitous cook Long John Silver, and sets sail aboard the Hispaniola. The early voyage is filled with sing‑along sea shanties, secretive glances, and the ominous “black spot” that foretells trouble.

As the ship nears the remote island, tensions rise and alliances shift, revealing the thin line between friendship and betrayal. Jim Hawkins, the young narrator, finds himself thrust into dangerous jungle passages and hidden stockades, where he must rely on wits and courage. The story captures the timeless thrill of a treasure hunt while painting vivid scenes of pirate lore and the restless sea.
