Description

On a moon‑lit night in Plymouth Harbor, the liner Ryndam drifts like a floating hotel, its decks buzzing with the frantic calls for the elusive Prince Rogovich. Philip Hindwood, a weary traveler on a secret mission, watches the search unfold amid the clatter of engines and the distant twinkle of shore lights. The atmosphere is thick with dread, as the disappearance of the mysterious prince hints at forces far beyond a simple boarding mishap.

The voyage itself began under perfect September skies, a deliberately dull cruise meant to give Hindwood the silence he needs to plot his rise to power. Yet the ship’s monotony is shattered by two striking passengers—Rogovich, a tall, charismatic figure shrouded in rumor, and Santa Gorlof, whose radiant presence pierces the gloom. Their arrival draws Hindwood out of his self‑imposed exile, setting the stage for a tense clash of ambition, intrigue, and the thin line between desire and danger.
