Description

In a kingdom where a queen’s authority is constantly questioned, the story opens with a bold declaration that individual rights must be protected from royal overreach. The narrative quickly introduces a tangled web of political maneuvering, where marriage becomes a tool for consolidating power and settling debts. A young nobleman, burdened by debt and scandal, is urged by his father to secure a foreign alliance through an arranged union. This marriage proposal sets the stage for a clash between personal desire and the relentless demands of courtly ambition.

The newlyweds find their honeymoon shattered as the husband’s neglect and cruel expectations leave the wife isolated and vulnerable. Determined to defend her dignity, she confronts a hostile court that seeks to silence her voice and strip her of status. As accusations swirl and allies turn traitor, her resilience begins to spark a broader question about the true meaning of loyalty and justice.
