Description

The seasoned journalist finds himself drawn back into the orbit of his old companions—Professor Challenger, the pragmatic Professor Summerlee, the adventurous Lord Roxton, and the intrepid Malone—when they gather at Challenger’s country house to mark the anniversary of their South American trek. Their reunion is sparked by a provocative letter Challenger has published, warning that a subtle shift in the spectral lines of the heavens might signal a danger far beyond ordinary scientific debate. As they pore over the cryptic observations, an uneasy feeling settles over the group, hinting that the world may be on the brink of something unprecedented.

Soon after, a faint, eerie glow spreads across the sky, and a thin, invisible veil of toxic gas begins to settle over the earth, turning everyday air into a silent threat. The four explorers must combine Challenger’s fierce curiosity, Summerlee’s rational analysis, Roxton’s daring, and Malone’s keen reporting to understand this “poison belt” before it overwhelms civilization. Their first steps into this strange phenomenon set the stage for a race against time, where science and courage are the only weapons against an unseen menace.
