Description

Rob Joslyn spends his afternoons in a cramped attic workshop, cobbling together batteries, motors, and endless lengths of wire. With his father's enthusiastic blessing, the whole house soon buzzes with electric bells, alarms, and even a tongue‑in‑cheek sign that reads “Busy; Call Again” whenever a visitor arrives. Though his mother worries about explosions and mishaps, the boy revels in turning everyday rooms into a miniature power grid, dreaming that his tinkering might one day change the world.

One night his experiments awaken a mischievous spirit the family calls the Demon of Electricity, which offers Rob three curious gifts in exchange for his help. Accepting the pact pulls the young inventor into a whirlwind of strange challenges, from testing uncanny instruments to confronting the demon's own fury. As the boundary between science and sorcery blurs, Rob must learn to wield his newfound powers responsibly.
