Description

A young prince grows up under the watchful eye of a forest‑dwelling nurse, his only companion a mysterious foster‑sister who vanishes each time the royal queen is haunted by a foreboding dream. The kingdom’s fairy offers cryptic protection, yet every newborn daughter of the forester’s wife disappears, leaving the prince haunted by nine lingering sorrows that echo through his heart. As the boy matures, his gentle nature draws admiration, but the shadow of the recurring prophecy tightens around his twenty‑first year, and the queen’s desperation mounts.

The story weaves melancholy folklore with a tender bond between royalty and the woodland family, all set against a backdrop of enchanted woods and subtle magic. Listeners will be drawn into a world where love, loss, and fate intersect, feeling the prince’s quiet yearning for the sister he never truly lost. The opening act promises a haunting, lyrical tale of destiny waiting to unfold.
