Description

A crisp morning in an American office turns dangerous when an enigmatic blue envelope lands on the desk of a seasoned clerk. Uncle Nelson, a meticulous businessman, reads the missive with a gravity that hints at far‑reaching consequences, then asks his nephew, Robert, to journey to Brazil on a secretive mission. The invitation pulls the young man into a world of political intrigue, where a wealthy expatriate named Dom Miguel de Pintra is spearheading a rebellion against the imperial throne.

As Robert hesitates, he learns that the Brazilian crown is besieged by conspiracies, foreign spies, and a growing republican fervor. Tasked with becoming a trusted secretary to a revolutionary leader, he must navigate loyalties, betrayals, and the thin line between commerce and covert warfare. The story promises a tense blend of personal duty and sweeping historical conflict, inviting listeners to follow a reluctant hero into the volatile heart of a nascent uprising.
