Description

A seasoned veteran and a brash newcomer find themselves stranded on a hostile, water‑covered planet after a botched mission to eliminate a mysterious “thing” on Venus. Their battered ship’s systems are dead, weapons ineffective, and the planet’s alien environment offers no easy escape. The clash of Kerry’s grizzled, no‑nonsense attitude with Splinter’s cocky optimism fuels both tension and uneasy camaraderie as they try to keep the vessel afloat.

Amid the endless rain and alien seas, the pair must navigate malfunctioning equipment, dwindling supplies, and the ever‑present threat of unknown dangers lurking beneath the waves. Their banter masks a deeper struggle: Kerry’s fading glory and Splinter’s desperate need to prove himself. Together they confront the harsh reality that surviving this world may demand more than skill—it may require them to trust each other in ways neither expected.
