Description

Narrator Malone, a seasoned reporter, finds himself drafted back into the world of the “Lost World” when an old colleague asks him to visit Professor Challenger for a reunion. The invitation arrives just days before a date that will later be marked in history, and the familiar band of adventurers—Challenger, Summerlee, Lord John Roxton, and Malone himself—begin to gather once more. Their meeting promises to recount past exploits while hinting at a new, unsettling curiosity that has captured the professor’s scientific imagination.

Soon after their reunion, a strange celestial shift cloaks the planet in an invisible, poisonous haze that threatens every living creature. As the sun’s light turns a sickly green and the air grows acrid, the group must confront an unprecedented danger that no ordinary weapon can thwart. Their quick thinking and bold camaraderie become the only hope against a threat that seems to come from the very heavens themselves.
