In a future where love has been reduced to a regulated biological function, the world’s most powerful Council gathers in a massive, tiered hall to enforce the harsh laws of the “Mating Center.” The society’s towering factories, atomic generators, and supervised recreation spaces all exist under the watchful eye of Ruling‑Caste Monitors, whose sole purpose is to prevent any unauthorized affection from threatening the social order.
Against this backdrop, a nervous young man named Teleman is thrust into a sudden, intimate encounter with a mysterious woman who urges him to feel what has been stripped away. Her desperate pleas spark a volatile confrontation that erupts into a public outcry, exposing the fragile line between control and rebellion. As the hall quivers with whispered dissent, listeners are drawn into the tense first act of a story that questions how far a civilization will go to suppress the most human of instincts.
