Description

In the shadowed halls of an ancient stronghold, the uneasy peace of the Montoni household is shattered by whispered threats and a growing sense of dread. The patriarch’s iron‑fisted rule clashes with his wife’s fierce yearning for independence, while the castle’s secret passages pulse with conspiratorial meetings and the clatter of restless horses. As night falls, strange preparations on the battlements hint at a looming danger that even the servants dare not name.

Young Emilia, confined to a locked chamber, discovers a terrified niece, Annetta, whose frantic tales of shadowy figures and ghostly lights stir a primal fear. A sudden crash, an unanswered knock, and the faint sound of a breath behind a door plunge the girls into a frantic scramble for safety. When Annetta collapses, her trembling confession of a mysterious glow and a lurking presence raises the question: what unseen force prowls the castle’s corridors, and who will survive its secret vengeance?
