Day’s Work
Transcriber’s note:
A vast council of ancient gods stretches across the IX Galaxy, each wielding centuries‑long authority over their own celestial realms. Amid the endless churn of stars, the younger deity Dalen pushes a daring vision: to fashion a new kind of biped, a creature the Council has long deemed impossible. His enthusiasm sets the stage for a clash of ideals that echoes through constellations.
Opposing him is Mogar, the grizzled Director of Creation, whose conservative grip on power has kept the galaxy’s balance seemingly intact for eons. He dismisses Dalen’s project as reckless, fearing it could upset the delicate hierarchy that sustains his own standing. As their cosmic debate intensifies, the stakes rise far beyond a single experiment, hinting at a struggle that could reshape the very fabric of the universe.
