Description

Ron Carver awakens to a terrifying reality: his seasoned adult mind is trapped inside the frail body of a twelve‑year‑old boy. The unfamiliar limbs feel clumsy, and the towering figures that tend to him speak in soothing, yet unsettling tones, insisting it’s only a nightmare. As he struggles to reconcile the dissonance between his memories and his new physical limits, a sense of urgent danger begins to surface.

In the sterile corridors of Roverwood Home for Boys, Ron is introduced to the stern athletic director, Mr. Larkin, and a chorus of restless youths who regard him with cautious curiosity. He learns that the enigmatic Dr. Minton, a scientist tied to a secret government project, has placed him here, and that his very existence may be part of an experiment gone awry. With his adult intellect at odds with a child's body, Ron must decide whether to cooperate, uncover the purpose of his confinement, and find a way to reclaim his true self.
