We collect and use the following user data:
This data is used for analytics to improve the Service and for providing customer support.
We store the text content of your uploaded books, links, and documents. We do not store the source files themselves.
We use cookies to maintain your authorization on the platform.
We do not share your data with any third party except as required by law or to comply with a court order.
You can share your generated audio content with others only if it is in the public domain and not protected by copyright.
We reserve the right to remove books or documents from your account if they are copyrighted and shared publicly without permission.
You can request a refund by emailing support@listenly.io. We will not offer refunds for audio conversions where the cost of using external APIs exceeds $5.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Service. You are encouraged to review the Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Service after the revised Terms are posted will constitute your acceptance of the changes.
