She’s joined by her spirited friend Helen and Helen’s twin brother Tom, who are eager to make the most of the snow‑covered countryside. The trio plans a short trek across Mr. Bassett’s pasture to reach the remote Snow Camp, a rustic log cabin bought by Helen’s father for a weekend getaway.
