The Cruise of the Pelican

A weary newspaper owner in a sleepy Midwestern town finds his livelihood on the brink of collapse. Tom Dennis, once a bright‑eyed reporter with dreams of running his own paper, is forced to confront mounting debts, hostile locals, and the bitter sting of defeat.
