The Last Victory

A transport ship bound for distant colonies is ripped from its course by a sudden hyperspace vortex, crashing on an unfamiliar world with only minutes of breathable air left. The battered vessel drops onto a grassy slope beside a dark forest, leaving a mixed group of Outlander colonists, ship crew, and Frontier Guards to fend for themselves. As night falls, eerie howls echo from the trees, hinting at unseen dangers while the survivors scramble to set up camp and assess their shattered craft.

Tensions rise quickly between the ship’s captain and a hardened Frontier Guard officer, each asserting authority over the stranded group. Their clash reflects a larger conflict: the Outlanders, exiles from a uniform, technocratic society called Technogration, versus the disciplined Guardians who remain loyal to that very order. Both men recognize that their cooperation—or lack thereof—will decide whether the outcasts can carve out a new future or remain shackled to a regime that has long denied them individuality.
