Riddle of the Storm

In the frozen reaches of Canada’s Mackenzie River, a lone pilot watches a mysterious gray monoplane cut through a raging snowstorm. The aircraft, known only in whispered rumors as the “Gray Streak,” bears no markings and seems to belong to no one, sparking fear and fascination in equal measure. When a torn handkerchief bearing a cryptic note—“I am a captive” and the name D’Arcy Arden—drifts into his cabin, the pilot’s routine flight suddenly turns into a puzzling investigation.
