Hagop K. Kevorkian
Best known as an archaeologist, collector, and connoisseur of Middle Eastern art, he helped introduce many American audiences to the arts of Persia and the wider Islamic world. His name also lives on through the Hagop Kevorkian Fund, which continued supporting museums, excavations, and scholarship after his death.
