Description

David Balfour sets off from his Scottish home, eager to claim his late father’s estate, but his plans are quickly derailed when his scheming uncle lures him onto a ship bound for the New World. The journey ends in a sudden, violent storm, and David finds himself cast ashore on a bleak, unfamiliar coast, where the rugged landscape mirrors the turmoil of his own fate.

Alone and vulnerable, he soon encounters a charismatic Highlander with a reputation for defying authority, and the two form an uneasy alliance as they navigate a world of secret societies, treacherous betrayals, and breathtaking scenery. Their quest for safety becomes a deeper search for identity and loyalty, offering listeners a vivid mix of danger, humor, and the raw beauty of 18th‑century Scotland.
